Dear Mr. President,
The travel ban executive order which affects Iranian citizens has halted the asylum process for many dissidents of the Islamic government of Iran, consequently stranding them as refugees in countries such as Turkey or Malaysia. The majority of these individuals are those who have been subjected to torture in prisons of the Islamic regime, those who have been targeted for their religious persuasions, or those who have been persecuted for their sexual orientation, etc.
The travel ban, however, has not been able to prevent entrance of the cronies and agents of the Islamic regime into the U.S.; it has instead blocked the path to political asylum in the United States for dissidents of the regime who have been awaiting completion of the legal process. The journey embarked upon by these brave souls to reach freedom is often a perilous one laden with hardship and hazard, necessitating transitions through multiple countries while enduring adverse conditions en route. These dissidents continue to be pursued and threatened by intelligence elements of the Islamic regime even while abroad and under the auspices of the United Nations.
Unfortunately during President Obama's tenure, a significant number of operatives belonging to the Islamic regime gained entry into the United States, utilizing a variety of methods including political asylum. Upon obtaining legal status, these individuals have proceeded to lobby for the interests and propagate the causes of the regime, participate in and organize expatriate voting in sham elections of the Islamic Republic, infiltrate and report on the activities of expat opposition, not to mention making routine trips to Iran. In contrast, some legitimate Iranian opposition activists whose lives were in jeopardy as a result of their activism and resistance against the occupying theocracy were relegated in priority. Furthermore, during the Obama years an unbalanced proportion of asylums were granted to Syrian refugees at the expense of all others.
We hereby extend a sincere request to the Trump administration to establish an asylum avenue for dissidents of the Islamic regime while implementing the following considerations:
1- Reevaluation of the process by the Asylum Division of USCIS. to prioritize the adjudication of affirmative applications for asylum from individuals facing serious and potentially impending peril, or persons who are high profile dissidents and anti regime activists.
2- Rejection of applications from individuals who have had prior convictions and or criminal records in transition countries such as Turkey, Malaysia, etc., and meticulous analysis to distinguish legitimate asylum applicants from illegitimate ones.
3- Revocation of asylum status of individuals who then travel back to the Islamic Republic post approval, or those who lobby for and support the Islamic regime on U.S. soil, and those who propagate and or participate in the elections of the Islamic regime abroad.

تقاضا برای بازگشایی راه پناهندگان مخالف حکومت اسلامی ایران
رئیس جمهور ترامپ ، با درود
طرح ممنوعیت سفر ایرانیان به آمریکا باعث شده است که تعداد زیادی از مخالفان حکومت اسلامی ایران که به صورت پناهنده در کشورهایی مانند ترکیه ، مالزی و ... هستند از ادامه روند ورود به آمریکا باز بمانند. بیشتر این افراد کسانی هستند که در زندان های رژیم اسلامی مورد شکنجه واقع شده یا از اقلیت های دینی ایران می باشند یا به علت گرایش های جنسی مشکلات فراوان در ایران داشته اند. که از این دسته می توان مسیحیان، بهاییان، جامعه ال جی بی تی و فعالین سیاسی مخالف حکومت اسلامی را نام برد.
این طرح متاسفانه نتوانسته از ورود عوامل رژیم جمهوری اسلامی ایران به خاک آمریکا جلوگیری کند در مقابل راه را برای مخالفان نظام اسلامی که به صورت پناهنده در کشورهای دوم در شرایط سخت و امنیت بسیار کم منتظر ورود به آمریکا بوده اند بسته است. این مخالفین معمول تحت تهدید های دستگاههای اطلاعاتی جمهوری اسلامی می باشند و در شرایط سختی در کشورهایی که دفتر سازمان ملل در آن قرار دارد زندگی می کنند.
متاسفانه در زمان رئیس جمهور اوباما نیز بسیاری عوامل جمهوری اسلامی ایران با روشهای مختلف و حتی در قالب پناهنده خود را وارد خاک آمریکا کردند که پس از کسب اقامت آمریکا به تبلیغ نظام جمهوری اسلامی ، شرکت در انتخاباتهای رژیم اسلامی و سفر به ایران پرداختند و کسانی که به عنوان فعالین سیاسی واقعی علیه جمهوری اسلامی بودند و جان آنها در خطر بود به عنوان گزینه آخر برای ورد به آمریکا در نظر گرفته شدند.همچنین در دوره اوباما به صورت غیر عادلانه ای پناهندگان ایرانی که جمعیت کوچکی هستند در مقابل جعیت بالایی از پناهندگان سوریه ای نادیده گرفته شدند و بیشتر سهمیه ها به پناهندگان سوریه ای اختصاص داده شد.

از شما تقاضا داریم ضمن بازگذاشتن این راه برای پناهنده های مخالف جمهوری اسلامی این موارد پیشنهادی را نیز تحقق ببخشید :
